Contract Agreement:
Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is received, a contract will be sent to the email provided. This contract must be reviewed, signed, and returned within 48 hours to finalize your reservation. Failure to return the signed contract within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposit Disclosure:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. This deposit ensures your event date and time are reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the event. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of services without a refund of the deposit.

Special Booking Notice:
For same-day or next-day bookings, or for events lasting less than 2 hours, clients must call us directly to discuss availability and event details before booking. These requests require special coordination and may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made within 4 days of the event date, if after 4 days, the 25% deposit remains non-refundable.

Event Time Confirmation:
Please provide an accurate event timeline in advance to ensure the 360 Photo Booth setup, operation, and breakdown align with your event schedule. This will help ensure a seamless experience for all involved.

Travel Fees Beyond 30-Mile Radius:
All packages include free delivery, setup, and breakdown within a 30-mile radius of Winter Haven, Florida. For locations beyond this radius, additional travel fees may apply. Please inquire for more details.

Photo/Video Release for Marketing:
By booking our services, you grant us permission to use any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials. If you prefer to opt-out, kindly let us know in advance.

Damage or Loss Policy:
Clients are responsible for any damage or loss to the 360 Photo Booth and its equipment during the event. We recommend taking all necessary precautions to ensure the equipment is used safely and responsibly.

Space & Power Requirements:
Please ensure that the event venue has adequate space for the 360 Photo Booth setup. The booth itself is 39 inches in diameter, but we require a minimum of 8 ft x 8 ft for safe operation. For the best experience, a 10 ft x 10 ft space is ideal, especially if using barriers (stanchions). Additionally, ensure there is an accessible power outlet near the setup area to power the equipment.
